8.Take order from the woman first then man. Remember always serve the woman first.

5.Pakailah selalu tata bahasa yang baik dan kata-kata yang mudah dan jelas.
6.Pastikan bahwa orang lawan bicara anda mengerti dengan jelas semua apa yang kamu ucapkan.
7.Dengarkan dengan seksama apa yang diinginkan oleh lawan bicara anda.
