Manager Tips

Who want to be professional manager? Yes much of the fresh of manager want it, isn’t it? This is fact if you learning on how to become a good manager will enable you to motivate a team, so the staff will be help you in successful, don’t worry Leadership is quite natural for some, and can be a learned skill, you just need willingness and self confident.

Below are some of steps or tips which can help you to be good manager:


1.Knowing situation of your job surrender. See to those manage, managing is not just about talking a lot, telling people what to do and taking on a title.
2.Understand the people that surround you, and get to know their values.
3.Always make good communication with your all staff, open heart for all strictures.
4.Make confidence to all your staff that you can be good a leader.
5.Help your teammates define and understand their values.
6.Be consistent with your role and law in Job Description.
7.Never do individualist ask for suggestion and advice from your staff or person who helpful.
8.Make a good plan and share your entire plan with teammates.
9.Make sure to your teammate that your plan will be successful to make better job.
10.Give respect to your staff with kindness of open-heart.
11.Always ask for feedback to your teammates, to make better and better in work.
12.Recognize that you are not the perfect people so you always need good input.
13.Be positive and always end any comment with positive statement.
14.Always try to avoid a word “but” and “not” when your staff or teammate got mistake. Use a word “it will be better if …..” or “how about…...” etc.
15.Make personal note everyday, weekly, monthly about what you’ve done and think about useful act works.
16.Through away the wasting time and unnecessary talk or sentences while you in work.
17.Don’t ever talk a promise anything to your staff or teammate then you wouldn’t do it, this is really fake act.
18.Bring all of your staff to the professional employee, start with yourself of course.
19.Use easy words when you give instruction to your staff.
20.Don’t be embarrass do apologize as soon as you do a mistake.
21.Never consider that your staff works to you but they are your teammate in work.
22.Think about prosperity of your staff; give all of prosperity to them.
23.Try to find the best way to resolve all of the problems, it’s must be do it.
24.Don’t ever blame your staff in front of customer although they did a mistake, give good advice personally.
25.Never make your staff afraid with you but make them respect, you know the different afraid and respects, it’s so really different.
26.Give order to your staff propositional halfhearted with them job.
27.Find and read the tips, tutorials of book coaching leadership.
28.Always learn or study and try to get best goal in your position as manager.
29.Get more experience outside from your job, it’s will be better to increase your skill.
30.Knowing what is blooming related with your outlet or business to expand it.
31.Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
