Hotels and formal restaurants has basically rule to clear up.The main for waiter duty besides taking order is clear up. There are some theories in formal restaurant to clear up the empty plates and glasses. How can the good waiter to clear up in high hotel and formal restaurant, here are some may help you to do that:

1.Never disturb the customer, it’s depending on your attitude how you can avoid disturb your host.
2.Always be polite with your customer with say “Excuse me”, “May I to clear up…..” It is politeness to serve everybody at once.
3.Watch to the situation; take the right time to start clear up.
4.Use your perfect body language, in other the manner of body language.
5.Never interrupt the lunch, dinner or other party which you handle up.
6.Don’t force to out of reach the table or booth to taking the empty glasses or plates.
7.Use your tray to clear up the empty glasses.

9.Place the plate on your left hand, just thing how much that you can lift up the plates.
10.It’s better to order the dessert (drink, ice cream and light food) while clear up for rise up the income your outlet this is one of method to up selling.
